A battle took place at ***. You destroyed the *** Starter Colony killing 588000 of their colonists in the bargain.

It took me quite a while until I suddenly thought: "Eh, wait... how many colonists lived in that starter colony?

Is it a bug?

Can the AR player (or the host) confirm these numbers? Sherlock

That is called deception... Wink

The report shows the base name (which you now know). So, create a Death Star, and call it a "Starter Colony". Every Death Star out there will show up as a "Starter Colony" now.

Same reason I sometimes call my BB's "Destroyer". If you have seen the design, it will show the name of the ship, not the class, and you may miss count how many BB's I have...

As AR you can cram as many cols as you like in a fort. The AR might have good reasons to do so ... Don't see why it should be a bug.

{Edit} It's only twice of what fits in a fort ... Unless you made typo and the number is much higher?

Good guess.
In this case, though, it was really a starter colony... my pilots got visual confirmation.

Of course, that's the answere.
I had completly forgotten that ARs can overpop their orbitals like other PRTs can overpop their planets.
