 Forgive me for being too lazy to just testbed it, but thought answer might be useful to others as well so asking question:

What happens when 2 or more SS players are trying to steal minerals from each others ships and planets? What effects come from splitting or combining fleets in such a mineral battle?

 Hey, shouldn't this be in the SS-section Grin
A few weeks ago I was playing against an SS. He had a RB-fleet above my planet and I had large freighters...
It happened twice, twice he uploaded before I could save the minerals.
I had a feeling it had to do with playernumber (never heard of fleetnumber having anything to do with it?).

Always assumed that to be it.

But probably there are people not as lazy as us Wink

If you can't beat me... Run away...

 Raven did some testing of this for FreeStars.
He found that it was fairly random, although there did seem to be a leaning towards some races. Before he started doing a full stastical test of it, I realized that I just needed to know how it should work, not exactly how it does.
