Anyone realizing he paid too much(though unlikely with above prices), can contact me for reselling his stuff.
And all players are allowed to make post like "Whoever got Multi Function Pod for 4 i offer 10." If the player having the MFP agrees his leftover points are reduced by 10, while buyers leftover points are increased by 10.
There is of course the risk, with such trading too give other players more information about what items one got.

Ebay doesn't show who got it. But as each item is sold only once and any other user needs public permission, you know in game who bought what as soon as you see the first design using it, without having a permission.
The MT BTW is slightly unhappy about prices, just 159 in total. I mean people pay 100 points or more in race design to get fuel mizer, but Enigma Pulsar only gets 26?

i am willing to trade my jump gate and 2 race points for the hushaboom.
i will also sell off the jump gate for 15 race points.

also i think 46 points for alien miner was a possible ripoff. weak mines mean problems building factories and remote miners die easily even if they do have cloaks. i'm just saying. the game will show who have been the fools here.

I'm not in the game... But I'd have happily paid 46 RW points for Alien miner... Think OBRM AR... Even the thought of such a beast was nearly enough for me to join this game just to try it

...and you need factories to get the technologies you need to get minerals to build factories... it's a circle with no beginning. as for ar they don't have much minerals early anyway and this would make it awful for them.

In my current game with AR, that I am winning, I only built about twenty con7 maxi miners before I reached con12 super miners. This was despite taking part in a early war... So, needing to push for con10 before building miners looks achievable, with carefull planning. Especially when you consider that those miners will be substantially more efficient than the con12 ones that you won't have to wait for. Don't forget that the extra RW points from OBRM and the extra 10% capacity in space docks will be a nice boost too, easing the population export pressures a little in the space dock era, and 10% more pop capacity is potentially 4.9% more AR population mining ability per world, too.
All said though, I'm surprised how cheaply the other toys went for. Alien miner is about where I expected it to be, but some of the others are absolute bargains. 2 RW for the mini-morph? 4 for MFP? If the game runs long, then the player that has invested an almost insignificant 3 RW to get the genesis device will have a substantial advantage (and a *concealed* advantage too, until they start using it. *Nice*)

You could set up a test game yourself and use the MT Setter webpage to give yourself the genesis device or any other MT item.
You can also use the Tech setter on the same page to give yourself max tech levels so you could use them straight away. If you set them all tech levels to 127 building items becomes really cheap so you can start testing with them quickly.
